Take three measurements
Measure the mattress width, length and depth in centimetres. For a flat sheet, add enough on each side for the drop or tuck you prefer.

Flat sheet or fitted sheet
Flat sheets need enough fabric to drape or tuck. Fitted sheets need a close match to both the mattress surface and depth; a pocket that is too shallow may lift off.
