Local delivery is available to eligible areas around Edakkara. Courier availability and fees are shown at checkout. For store pickup, we will call when the order is ready.

Returns & refunds
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and the order number. Returns of unused items are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
Quality & warranty
Products are checked before dispatch. Manufacturer warranty applies where stated on the invoice. Normal wear, surface marks or colour changes from use are not manufacturing defects.
Order cancellation
Call or WhatsApp promptly to cancel before an order is packed or dispatched. Dispatched orders are handled through the returns review.
Privacy
We use your name, phone, address and payment reference only to fulfil orders, provide updates and support you. Boba Metals does not store card details.
Prices & availability
Prices and stock are rechecked when an order is confirmed. If availability or pricing changes unexpectedly, we will inform you before collecting or retaining payment.
